Ich arbeite seit vielen Jahren mit dem Atem als Zugang zu mehr Präsenz, innerer Ruhe und Klarheit. In meinen Sessions geht es nicht um Leistung, sondern ums Spüren, Loslassen und Ankommen – bei dir selbst.Ich begleite Menschen in kleinen und großen Prozessen, immer mit dem Ziel, einen Raum zu schaffen, in dem jede*r den eigenen Rhythmus finden kann. Ich sehe mich nicht als Lehrer, sondern als jemand, der mitgeht – aufmerksam, offen und präsent. Außerdem bin ich als Facilitator in Forschungsprojekten tätig, die untersuchen, wie Atemarbeit langfristig in der Psychotherapie wirksam eingesetzt werden kann.
I have been working with the breath for many years as a pathway to greater presence, inner calm, and clarity. In my sessions, it’s not about performance, but about feeling, letting go, and arriving — within yourself. I support people through both small and profound processes, always with the intention of creating a space where everyone can find their own rhythm. I don’t see myself as a teacher but as someone who walks alongside — attentive, open, and present.
In addition, I work as a facilitator in research projects exploring how breathwork can be used effectively and sustainably in psychotherapy.
